Temporary Access to Creative Cloud desktop Apps for Education Customers

D11 TECH SUPPORT DISCLAIMER: This is a free offering from Adobe and will not carry over past the pandemic of COVID-19 (Corona Virus). Please do not expect this to work over the next school year or even over the summer. At the end of the program, Adobe may prompt the user to purchase a subscription. THIS IS NOT COVERED BY D11 and would be completely on your own if you wanted to continue their services.

As a result of the district closure, student access to Adobe Creative Cloud in labs and classrooms is not available. Adobe has provided temporary at-home access for impacted students and faculty so that they can continue their work remotely. Please follow the instructions below to enable access to Creative Cloud Desktop Apps on your personal device.

  1. Open a web browser and in the URL bar type https://creativecloud.adobe.com and hit return

  1. You should land on a login page. Please enter your D11 email address in the first.last@d11.org format and click the "Continue" button

  1. On the next page, you will see two options. Click on the option that says "Company or School Account".

  1. You will again be prompted for your first.last@d11.org email address. Once you have entered it, click the "Next" button to move on.

  1. On the next page, enter your D11 network password and then click the "Sign In" button.

  1. You may be prompted to stay logged in. This is your choice and personal preference.

  1. Now that you are logged in, you should see a dashboard. If the app displayed is what you need you can click the "Get Desktop App" button after the product description. If you need other apps you can click on the "All your apps" button in the top right of the dashboard.

  1. If you clicked the "Get desktop app" button you should see an overview page. In the right-hand margin you should see if your computer is compatible or not to install the app. If it is you can click the "Install" button at the top right of the page.

  1. At this point, you simply follow the install instructions. If you have any issues you can contact the D11 Support Center at 520.2211, reach us via chat @ cssd11.happyfox.com, or submit a Happy Fox ticket for support.
